  • To send the listings and updates you asked for. You can stop these at any time.
  • To keep this site working and secure, and to improve it.
  • To meet our legal, regulatory and professional obligations.

This site uses a few cookies it needs to work: to keep you signed in, to protect its forms, and to remember your last search so you can get back to it. It doesn't use advertising cookies.

Other services

Some parts of this site load from other companies, which can see your IP address when they do: listing photos from REALTOR.ca, map images from our map provider, and YouTube's player for videos. Links to other websites are governed by those sites' own privacy policies.

When we share information

We share personal information only when the law or a regulator requires it, when it's needed to provide a service you asked for, or with service providers who keep it confidential.

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards. No way of sending information over the internet is completely secure.
